Not surprisingly, our packaging for dairy, confectionary, ice-cream, yogurt, eggs, edible oils and baked goods are found on supermarket shelves across the length and breadth of the region.
TECHNOLOGY
Injection moulding
Precision uses state-of-the-art micro-processor controlled injection moulding machines from world-renowned companies and offers advanced solutions like cube technology, two component moulding, in-mould closing, and robot-assist to successfully meet customer requirements.
PET
Precision employs single stage technology for production of PET bottles to cater to the varying quantity requirements of our clients. Our high clarity PET bottles are used to pack all types of beverages, including juice and dairy products. The ?ll volumes range from 100 ml to 2 litres.
Blow moulding
We produce bottles in HDPE, PP and PVC materials with volumes ranging from 50 ml to 10 litres. We use blow moulding machines with double station / multiple-head to meet high quantity requirements. In addition, advanced multi-point parison control systems and leak detectors are also installed to ensure consistent product quality.
Thermoforming
Precision’s thermoforming facility predominantly caters to the production of polystyrene cups, lids and trays for multiple purposes, including packaging of juices, dairy products, eggs and bakery items.
Printing and Labelling
Our printing division can undertake cup and tub printing and handle print combinations of up to 6 colours. We also offer exclusive services like shrink sleeve labelling of bottles, heat transfer labelling, labelling of tubs and lids.
